Returns & Exchanges Policy

What is your Return Policy?

I'm sure you’ll love your new art piece hanged in your home, but just in case you are not 100% satisfied, I offer the following return policy.

    1. Contact me at within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery to issue a return practice

    2. Ship the intact product to: Enrico Baroni, Via Braccianese 743, Osteria Nuova (Rome), 00123

    3. Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once the product arrives, I reserve the right to inspect it, notifying you immediately of the approval or rejection of your refund

    4. If the product is not damaged, the refund will be accepted and will be processed to your original method of payment (or any other method of your choice). Please allow for 7-10 days for the refund to be effective since the date of arrival of the product

    Important notes:
    • The returns shipping cost is not covered under any circumstances by Enrico Baroni Photography

    • Once accepted, the issued refund will cover the whole product’s original price subtracted of an 8% return fee (covering item processing and donation)

    • Enrico Baroni Photography is not to be considered responsible in case of failure of delivery to the mentioned address. All pieces must be successfully delivered before I can initiate a return

    • I cannot accept returns or exchanges on pieces that have been altered or customized in any way post delivery

    • I can only accept one return or exchange per household (identified by delivery address)

    What is your Exchange Policy?

    Contact me within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery to exchange your product for a new piece. The old piece must be shipped to Enrico Baroni Photography as per point (2) of the Return Policy above.

    Depending on the new piece ordered, I will either send you a custom invoice or refund you for the difference, this will include our 8% return and exchange fee.

    Please note I can only accept one exchange per household so the new piece will be final sale.

    How do I initiate a return or exchange?

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me at within 14 days of receipt of your art product.

    What do I do if I believe my product is defective?

    If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact me as soon as possible at Our Quality team will evaluate next steps based on photos of the piece you must attach to the mail. If an issue is found, I will issue an exchange practice with another product of your choice
